Address: 278 Waterloo Street, Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, E2L3R5 This commerical property was a bank built in the 60's. Its now a martial arts school on the upper floor and the basement is 80% open space in very raw condition. Alot of the basement brick walls are removed to create an open space with approx 2400sqft and 12' ceilings. This building is very solid and sound. The basement has two walk out doors. 14" concrete walls, concrete and tiled floors. The old heating system is removed, the only source of heat is from a 250k btu wood furnace. There are no windows. There are two vent openings approx 4'x1'. The building has a steel frame. I have the blueprints for the entire building. I have owned this building for 20 years and the basement is no longer in use. My plan is to make an apartment with 3 bedrooms, open concept living/kitchen area. I'd like to take advantage of the high ceilings. There are exposed wiring/pipes attached to the ceiling which would need to be hidden.
