Unity3D developer to create VR 360 video for Youtube (pathed walk not free roam)

Hi,
We need an experienced developer using Unity3D and some 360 renderer like Helios etc to create a small scaled garden / landscape scene with pathed walk. It should be compatible for Youtube 360 with stereoscopic and non stereoscopic modes so user can pan around while the guided tour is playing.
Good examples of what we need are

You will need to know:
1. Game level creation to fill up the landscape of the scene
2. Character modelling and animation (there are 2 cute looking mascots that are like Hello Kitty - not much movement)
3. Atmospheric and particle effects like sunlight / sunset / lens flare / mist / fog / fire flies / butterflies flock effects to help make the scene look mystical / fantasy like.
