Hi, I'm living in Kaohsiung city, but the house of my Taiwanese wife is located in Yunlin county, Taiwan. I'm interested in this project. My bid is for my agent fee only, excluding the fee for notaried paper in public notary or taiwanese court (around ntd500 to 1000 for version in Chinese) and the cost for legalization/authentication in Minister of Foreing Affairs in taiwan(ntd400). For notarization and authentication, applicant should be a related person with the document, or an agent of this related person. The owner name in this land registration is uncompleted, only shows the last name, no first name that is hidden. Is it valid in your country? i think you have to consider to apply again.
