I mean, I've done translations in which there were HTML codes to be kept. Or, if you have HTML files, I can deliver same files, but in Spanish. Is that what you're talking about? Now I'm a bit confused when you say 'This is a short one-time project. There are ~4500 strings containing ~28,000 English words'. A 28,000 words project is not exactly what we call a short one, unless there are too many repetitions and/or non-translatable words (such as names or codes). Let's discuss details over chat.
