Translation Services (Translator for Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, and Tagalog) -- 2

Hi! I'd love to discuss a project with you. We are a Home Builder, and we want to Translate our 'Sales Material' from English into 4 Languages: 1) Arabic 2) Chinese (Simplified, so readable by Cantonese and Mandarin) 3) Spanish 4) Tagalog Note: I have set fixed budget at $100, however, actual cost will be determined after discussion. In any case, we prefer to work on fixed price. ALSO NOTE***: Our creative director will manage re-creating the documents in other languages. We strictly need the actual translation services, where you can provide Word and Excel format of the text for each section (using visuals or numbering system if needed to show where what text goes where). In total, we have 7 documents to be translated. All are 1 or 2 page maximum, and most are fairly light on text. Once we narrow down to few potential translators, we will then share documents for review and further discussion. Thanks!
