Looking for a highly-skilled Social Media & Community Manager to take up the following responsibilities: - Manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines - Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content - Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive - Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community - Monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation - Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback - Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry Requirements: - Impressive portfolio of projects done with results achieved - Great written and verbal communication skills (English) - Creative skills and ability to reinvent their style and set trends - Strong project management and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong conceptual and artistic skills are a huge plus - Work in the tech space is a major plus - Knowledge of NFTs and blockchain is a major plus - Availability to work part-time or full time for 3-6 months is highly desirable Important: - Please share links to your best work - You will be asked to provide samples of your work
