Hi. I've installd from sources nextcloud on ubuntu and debian without problem. Just I nees ssh access and sudo account enabled with root privileges or root account. Better if you have a FQDN or valid domain name. Finally, if you have FQDN I can install a valid ssl certificate from letsencrypt. Open to questions.
