Build 3D Maze Game for iOS App

I currently have an iOS app in development and need assistance with developing and integrating a game: Have the ability to simply navigate around the United State. Similar to the Windows 95 3D Maze Screensaver design but updated graphics and user can control movement/view. - Each state will be its own room in the maze and there will be an entry/exit for each connecting state. - Points will be earned by challenges and total distance traveled. - Challenges -- Challenge users to travel from current state to randomly selected state. 5 points per challenge. --Points for total distance (1 point for every 100 miles) I will need clear coding and commenting. I prefer everything to be done using SceneKit, but open to Unity if it makes sense. I will need access to source code/etc.. after the project is complete.
