I'm just getting started as a new freelancer and this would be a great project for me. I created, edited, and mixed podcasts in Audio Engineering school; as well as many other projects. I am very creative and would enjoy making your project exceptional if I'm hired. I listed a basic idea of how this could be billed using the "Proposed Milestone" feature. I would need to know the length of time for the correct pricing; so its negotiable, but I would complete a 20 minute segment for about $50... anything close to that would be the same. If it is closer to the 90 minute length, I would charge $100 for editing, review, mixing, etc. If it is a podcast that is somewhat like a radio program, I can add sound effects and allow you to preview sections in order to approve the selections or creations for the sounds. Also, it is good for most markets to have an introduction that is memorable; typically its a audio clip that is a tagline which can be used for intro and outro. I can add these for $30. If there will be commercials in the project, I can edit those in and mix them so they will be at correct levels included in the added $30. I'm used to doing editing on podcast style footage. For my personal videos I usually go through 3-4 hours of stock footage to select and cut the clips I want to work with. I am comfortable with adjusting volume levels, adding sound effects, sound enchancement and cutting and repositionning audio and video.
