Create a Video for Real Estate Agent

We are looking for an engaging story line that makes evokes emotion and will make the buyer want to take action. We want the video to be 90 seconds or less (just long enough to explain our services). We need voice over and a cleaned up script based on the story line below. It does NOT have to be animated.....We do like this example: [login to view URL] Story line: 1. You're excited to purchase a brand new home, so you're clicking through various sites trying to find all new home neighborhoods available. You're driving through the neighborhoods and visit multiple model homes. Then you meet the builder's salesperson. 2. The builder have their representatives that they pay to act on their behalf. The are out to get the most money for their employer as possible. 3. The builder is not a "person" they are a company and are not emotionally attached to the homes. 4. You need your own advocate to fight on your behalf to protect your interest to help you navigate the waters of buying new construction to ensure you're getting the best deal for your money. 5.
