Edit a video for a Facebook commercial

Greetings! I have a video that I need edited. 1. I need to see if you can enhance the sound to make my voice clearer. 2. I need my company logo added to the video. 3. I need a timer that starts at the :06 mark and ends at the :18 mark. It can have an arrow pointing to the computer. When the timer stops...it will obviously show 12 seconds. It needs to be very obvious that we are illustrating that this computer takes only 12 seconds to boot, without me talking about it. 4. Toward the end, we will need our phone number and a URL shown.
