I need a After Effects Special Effects , VFX Video Designer

I want 2 video to be developed in after effects which is as below. 1. A timelapse video of traffic in the night and one gentleman appears like a vehicle from that timelapse and lands over a table in a chair ! Just like time travel movie. 2. A Gentleman goes like a superman from earth to moon and land to moon where he find a beautiful girl when he lands in front of him. This should be a fantasy island on moon. Earth background is needed from Moon here. Then there is a glass in between both male and female. Female close up with fantasy island background, male close up with fantasy island background. The camera will move away, both will be in front of each other with glass in between. There is a square on the glass which works on password. The lady puts her hand forward and a fire like will go from her hands to the gentleman's hand and when he touch that hand to the square glass lock the door open. And finally the gentleman's after entering wears wedding ring to the lady. After wearing the wedding ring, the gentleman will point finger below and give a dialogue. The dialogue will be "login to website blah blah" and the website name will appear in a animated way, sand effect below them. and This should be done in 20-25 seconds. If you want I will provide you the video of the male and female in whatever angle you want over a green background, The actions, expressions, angle of shoot, lighting effect over a green background is my responsibility of the actors. you need to superimpose this video on the fantasy island and generate a video as described.
