Need a video maker

We are a French agency based in Nice “Côte d’azur”. We are looking for a video creator & editor that has experience with E-commerce Facebook video ads. We want to create a great short videos for one of our customers who wish to launch his application. The idea is to promote the instantaneity and the simplicity of the application: to make a love meeting in 1 click near you with geolocation, like Tinder app. Objective: download and use of the app. We want to test 5 videos. And if the test is conclusive, it will be necessary to realize 50. Videos shot with real actors (showing....). Duration of the video 14 sec.
