Candidate Profile: • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive. • Proven sales track record. • Can hire talented and highly-motivated employees. • Experience in customer support is a plus. • Knowledge of SEO/ Internet marketing, Web Applications, eCommerce, CMS, etc. • Proficiency in English. • Market knowledge. • Should be highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. • Should be capable of thriving in the competitive market. • Must have business mindset, not a job mindset. • Communication and negotiation skills. • Time management and planning skills. • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. • Who can work on commission basis.
