We are looking for a Bookkeeper & Virtual Assistant who can assist me with Accounts Receivable and Email Management tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks and have experience in managing emails. Tasks: - Manage Accounts Receivable - Handle email communication and management - Work with QuickBooks on bookkeeping tasks Skills: - Proficiency in QuickBooks - Excellent email communication and management skills - Knowledge of bookkeeping and data entry - Attention to detail and organizational skills ---> "Must speak Spanish" <-- - Must have a minimum of 3 years of quickbooks experience. - Must speak and write English on a native level. Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping and virtual assistant experience - Experience in managing accounts receivable and emails - Experience in working with QuickBooks or similar software If you have the necessary skills and experience, please apply for the project.

I can easily enter financial data into a google sheet. I have worked a lot with google sheet. Besides, I do have experience working with expensify and quickbooks.
