Cullen - typing assistant

I am a software engineer for over 10 years.
As i have problems with my hands I need someone to assist me with typing(I will direct instructions via microphone).
This is an on-going job which i hope will continue for many years.
The payment will be payed hourly with a salary og 5$ per hour.
The job requires no technical knowlege, It requires fluent English speaking skills and of cource typing.
