I am working on one of the biggest Remittance Companies in the USA, We are handling highly escalated calls from our customers.
I was a senior customer service representative for Western Union. We also perform outbound calls and send emails as our communication.
I've handled inbound - outbound calls and emails for customers based all over the world, you name it. I've been with the company for more than 6 years.
I have a reliable DSL internet connection with a speed of 100mbps, an office in my home, and am willing to work on US business time.
I'm a good multi-tasker - taking live calls while navigating CRM or online tools. I have vast experience in terms of handling complicated to highly escalated calls. I'm proficient with different CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (Word, Excel), OneDrive, Outlook, Google (Docs, Spreadsheets, and Calendar).
I am very willing to learn about dubbing and to undergo trainings.
