Hiring: Virtual Assistant Sales Closers (Base payment + commission)
€2-6 EUR / hora
I'm looking for 2-5 confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant Sales Closers (f/m/d) who will attend discovery meetings with prospects that have shown interesst for services and SaaS.
Important: This opportunity does NOT involve telesales/cold calling.
This is a on-demand position. That means, as soon as a discovery meeting has been proposed by the prospect, you will get notified about the date and time, mostly 2-7 days in advance. You can either confirm directly or reschedule the discovery meeting. The ability to multitask and have excellent time management skills is essential to this position.
What you will do
- You will take over discovery meeting preparation with your assigned prospects
- You will follow a checklist for each discovery meeting and take meeting notes based on a template
- You will push the prospect further with the ultimate goal of closing the sale according to the guidelines
Your skillset
- You have excellent English communication skills and attention to detail
- You are a reliable and trustworthy individual
- You are able to comprehend, speak and write casual English on level B2-C2. Any other languages are considered a big bonus.
- You are eager to learn new things
- You can work autonomously and you're able to follow instructions under minimal supervision
Desired, but not required
- You have prior experience in Customer Interaction and/or Sales

Onboarding time - Now things get serious and exciting! During the onboarding, you will be trained and onboarded to the offerings and processes. Furthermore, you will have access to all resources you need to be succesful.
1. We schedule your onboarding session, where you will get onboarded to the company and receive all resources you need.
2. You will receive one-pagers of the services/SaaS and your processes in an easy to understand concept
3. After the going throught the one-pagers, we will have a recap to identify any blockers.
4. Depending on your background, we will look into additional learning topics.

You're now officially aboard and ready to attend discovery meetings. As soon as a discovery meeting has been identified and proposed by the prospect, you will get notified 2-7 days in advance.
