I am looking for a person to be the "glue" between ideas & goals and those that will assist in making it a reality. There’s a strong emphasis on project management & recruiting/finding the right talent, delegating tasks and managing different resources, documents and people. So you must feel at home and truly enjoy this type of work. In this role, the goal will be to find only the areas for you to work on that present your unique ability. Where needed, we will find additional resources to fill anything you're not uniquely qualified at. For this role, ideally you are: - alert & responsive: - extremely proactive (you must be a go-getter who loves to move things forward) - a person that just "gets it" - able to work quickly & efficiently - resourceful and curious: - you will think on your own and find ways to move things forward or solve problems - you should be highly organized (able to quickly and accurately structure projects, assignees, documents, etc.) - contribute ideas to make things faster, easier, cheaper, bigger - curious about the actual projects we're working on --- We will not get along if: - You will keep me in the dark (lack of timely communication, i.e. no updates, etc.) - You become the bottleneck for projects to move forward (nothing gets done or organized, etc.) - You do not make sure there's forward momentum on our projects (we remain where we were yesterday) - I start running after you --- Again, I am looking for you to only do the things you love to do and find additional resources to fill any gaps, so in your application, please indicate which of the following activities: (A) you are "great at & LOVE doing" vs (B) you are "good or great at but do not enjoy doing" vs (C) you "hate doing or are not good at" simply add A, B or C next to each item below based on the above categorization: 1. Apart from that, I am available in doing Virtual meetings whenever required to understand instructions on some new tasks or giving an update through that. I am very organized and always keep my employer updated with whatever the progress is, even if sometimes I run into a problem and couldn't do anything, I make sure to inform the employer upfront on that.
