I need a small program, written in visual basic 6, that recognizes speech and converts it to text. I need to be able to compile the code within another project that I have written in vb6 (i.e. I will need the source code).
The idea is to have a person speak, recognize the words, and determine if they are the correct or expected words; say (for example) while taking a test. The test question would appear on the screen, the person would "speak" the answer (as opposed to selecting ABC or D.) The program will check the person's response. This is code I can easily write myself. What I need is the the voice recognition part.
