Visual Basic 2012: Write code for functional simple desktop database app that can be turned over to VB 2012 dabbler (me) for graphics and appearance finish out. Must use VB 2012 for creation for compatibility for finish by dabbler. Must live near and meet in person for assignment in Richardson, Texas. Will pay for your time needed to meet for assignment and follow-up. Fixed price will be set for project, so the expectation is that you are an experienced, fast programmer. I don't want to pay for a learn-as-you-figure-it-out wannabe. That's what I am, so I'll pay to get a simple, functional app that I can make pretty when you're done.
