1- Merging the following html template as the underlying skin package for umbraco (loaded as a standard zip package in Umbraco). This template below is a highly responsive html template for desktops, tablets, and mobiles. It will need to be converted into an Umbraco skin package (I have the source html for you):

2- Umbraco will be setup as a client portal - the homepage is the LOGIN page in the html template (link above), therefore that startup page in Umbraco will be a functional login page to enter the portal to see the rest of the html pages (see link above, it will be all clear once you look at that html template above). So in other words, once inside the portal (authenticated in Umbraco CMS) the client will have access to the dashboards as shown in the link above.
3- This html template is a responsive template for tablets, mobiles, desktop (see link above, I will have the source for you). Therefore the same responsiveness must be ported into the skin package inside Umbraco CMS.
