ECOMMERCE SITE NEEDED: Need an ecommerce site built that can do the following: This ecommerce site can be built for any platform, but windows. It needs to have a strong back end for administration. Overall the site needs to do the following: • To have unlimited category potential. Where as we have new vendors, we can add another company and their products. • Be able to upload pictures for each product and prices. • Be able to set “specials or sale” prices. • This company is selling beds-when customer is looking at head boards, there needs to be a drop down list of: twin, full, queen, king. When customer chooses one of these items it needs to pull up the proper price for that item, and be able to add that item to cart. • Same with sheets ….needs to display “twin, full queen, king” when customer chooses the appropriate size, it needs to pull up the correct price for that item, PLUS needs to have the option to choose color on sheets. • When displaying products on website via pictures, user needs to be able to click on picture and have it enlarge for a better view. • When customers purchase a product to have the option to sign up on mailing list OR automatically put them on a mailing list. • Site needs to have the ability to have listed the products by vendor, and by type. Such as there should be a list of buttons or links for” head/foot boards, comforters, sheets, pillows etc… and a way to pull up by vendor such as: Serta, Sealy, Fashion Bed Group etc… • When sale is made to have the ability to email the store, and the vendor for drop shipping. So if a customer ordered something from Fashion Bed, the email should go to the local store email and Fashion Bed email. • Pull up a report of all the sales for the day, week, month, year. • Different shipping options. • Connect up merchant account that is already established. • (optional) would like to be able to setup different user accounts for the back end administration, but not absolutely necessary. Ideally, we would like the vendors to be able to log in to see any sales from their company. • Build SEO friendly. If OSCOMMERCE OR ZEND CAN DO ALL THE ABOVE WE WOULD BE FINE WITH THAT. IF YOU HAVE OTHER SUGGESTIONS OF PLATFORM, PLEASE SHARE YOUR PROPOSAL. AS FAR AS DESIGN WE WILL BUY A TEMPLATE YOU CAN WORK WITH. AS FAR AS INPUTING PRODUCT PRICES, DESCRIPTIONS AND PICTURES, WE WILL UPLOAD. ALL WE NEED IS THE SHELL OF THE WEBSITE WORKING WITH THE TEMPLATE. WE WILL MOST LIKELY ADD OTHER FEATURES TO THIS WEBSITE IN THE FUTURE, SO THERE COULD BE ADDITIONAL WORK AFTER THE WORK IS SUCESSFULLY COMPLETED. EXPERIENCED CANIDATES ONLY PLEASE.
