Build me a mobile friendly website (UI only)

This website aims to connect waiters, waitresses, host, hostesses and bar tenders to employers. Think of it like Uber but it is more like [login to view URL] I am a Java Developer myself but I suck at designing pretty looking websites. This is the reason for this project. I am only asking you to build me the user interface. I will code the back end myself. Basic Requirements : [1] I am expecting you to code by hand neatly. Each row will be a service provider / candidate. It should at the very least show photo and first and last name and it should link to the profile page. There should be an Invitation To Work button. status = invited [10] List of Service Providers -- Employer use only -- this page will contain the list of service providers still in process of being hired. -- status can be (invited, accepted invitation) -- the employer must now change the status to either hired or cancelled -- another list will be for those he previously hired or cancelled -- there will be an additional column, Hire ID. This will have something if status is hired and blank if cancelled.
