Hi,
I am looking for an expert front end developer to convert my PSD files to fully responsive and pixel perfect HTML website. This is the first part of the project and in the second part, we will work on the backend also.
There are 7 PSD pages to be converted but the main page is already converted by a developer and I am happy with the end result so you will be converting 6 PSD pages to HTML. There will be a separate design for mobile devices and for now I have the design of 3 pages is ready in desktop format and designer is working on the remaining pages but I want to start now to save time and start executing while designer will work on the remaining pages.
I am looking for someone who will provide full professional service and has the expertise of Photoshop as well.

Here is how I would like to execute the project,
1- Conversion of all the pages to HTML
2- Adding animations which I will explain after the HTML, there would not be any complex animations
My budget for the whole project is $100 which includes the conversion of 6 PSD files into fully responsive HTML, Animations, linking of all the pages and uploading on my server.
For now, you have three pages to start with and I will keep adding the new designs on Google Drive. This budget of $100 is for 6 pages. If there would be some more pages, I will pay separately.
My deadline for 6 pages is one week and the budget is non-negotiable.
You can see from the HTML of the main page how it works on each screen of the desktop, the ratio of the elements is the same on each screen and paths are fixed on the display.
On each screen of a desktop, I want it to look exactly like in the PSD file. You can visit these different websites on different screens and you will see they all work the same way on each screen of the desktop.

There should not be any change in the ratio between each element. Distances and sizes everything should remain the same.
HTML should match 100% with the PSD files, I would not accept less than that. I also would like to see the daily updates for my satisfaction.
