3dcart ecommerce vape shop set up

I need my website re-configured.I need you to build my online store. Need you to be familiar with 3dcarts interface. Or at the very least have experience using an ecommerce site like shopify. I have a theme already chosen, need it applied, inventory, prices descriptions, logos etc added. Basically the whole site needs set up. I will provide info and resources as needed. Ability to write in English proficiently is necessary. Also looking for someone proficient with successful online marketing(seo etc.) Not a requirement for this job, but if you can do it, I will pay more. otherwise,I'll post it as another job and you will just be responsible for the website designing described above.
