The administrative portal should have the following options in the menu: Institutions Corrections Advertising Users (These are the system users) Reporters created (These are the ones who report) Incidents created The Admin portal must have the following functionalities Login Roles and Permissions in the Menu Be able to Create / Update / Delete / List institutions Create / Update / Delete / List to create banners. Banners can be created according to townships Connection to the Sendgrid API to be able to send the emails to the corresponding institutions The website The web page has several tabs, where they are the following: Home Institutions Incident log Contact In the Home you will see banners with communications and texts about the province. There will be a filter where you can choose the corregimientos and see the banners and communications based on that. In the incident form, the basic data will be placed to be able to create an incident: Title Report date Message Image Township Province Check if you are an authorized user (this Check activates a username and password field) On the institutions page, one will be able to see the information of all the institutions. Address and contact telephone number. On the page of an institution, a button should appear where it says, visit website, and this should show a web view where it redirects to the page of the corresponding institution. The PWA App is a simple application that can be downloaded through a link, this application will have as a function a screen with the incident form and a profile option where you can see the user's profile information.
