*I have removed my previous post due to inaccurate requirements - This is a re-post* A website for both individual or company may make advance Limousine booking online. ***PREFER DEVELOPER WITH LIMOUSINE WEBSITE/APP EXPERIENCES*** Phase 1: Milestone 1- Basic Website - $200 (14days) - Home page - Fleet (Inclusive of 5-6 sub pages to elaborate on Prices & Packages) - Corporate / Individual Enquiry (Forms / Email) - Log in (Create account / Login via FB or Linked in) - Must be mobile friendly Milestone 2 - Admin User Dashboard - $200 (14days) - Editing tool (to edit items posted on website) **Will launch website after testing** Phase 2: Milestone 3 - Online Booking system - $250 (21days) - Auto Calculate surcharges - Individual must log in to make booking - Payment Gateway (Stripe / Paypal) [mandatory payment to confirm] - Auto invoicing - Notification via Email & Text (Mailparser / Twillio) to Admin - User Dashboard: Admin able to edit surcharges based on date/time & block date/time. Milestone 4 - Corporate Log in - $250 (21 days) - A separate webpage (link available on main page) for corporate log in - To auto confirm Booking (Admin must be able to amend the logic: E.G Booking "<24hrs" will not be accepted. "24hrs" can be set by admin at any time via User Dashboard) - User Dashboard: Able to compile bookings into 1 invoice for payment. - User Dashboard: Add Calender & Dispatch(List) View (able to filter based on specific category - E.G Date, account, etc) **Launch after Testing** Phase 3: Milestone 5 - Driver App -$250 (14Days) - Driver app will be link to User Dashboard - Driver Account can only be created via User dashboard - Admin will be able to Dispatch assignment of jobs via the app. - Driver will update statuses of the assignment (Offered/Accepted/On the way/Arrived/Customer in Car/Job Complete) - Track Drivers' Location when active Milestone 6 - Customer App (Individual/Corporate) - $250 (14Days) - Similar to customer Login but on app interface - Added function: Receive driver details and status notification. Track assigned driver location Live **Launch after Testing** Milestone 7 - Review, add & upgrade functions to Website, App and User Dashboard - $200-$400 (Ongoing) More projects to come after this project has concluded.
