We’re looking for an intermediate front-end developer to help build an exciting new social media platform for Travellers and Locals to connect with one another. The project is based on the MERN (MongoDB, [login to view URL], React.js, and Node.js) stack, so familiarity with at least React.js is required. We are looking to build a Single Page Application, Design Mock-Ups will be provided. Existing experience with working for Start-Ups, especially in the travel sector is preferred. The right developer will have expertise in the following: • Translation of designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code • React.js • React Mobile UI Framework • Responsive Design / UX / Bootstrap • Advanced HTML5, CSS3 – CSS5 & JavaScript • CSS preprocessors (Less, Sass) • Front-end integration with a MERN back-end • Unit testing with Karma • Familiarity with API Creation and RESTful services • GitHub • Performance and Scalability About us We are Tripszar, an innovative startup seeking to create a platform for Travellers and Locals to connect with each other. Our aim is to promote responsible and community based Travel, while providing authentic experiences for Travellers.
