I would do the job using Drupal CMS which will allow you to change and add all the content you want easily. To design a custom website with the following features: a. portfolio page b. blog section c. services page d. team and network page e. handling of multiple categories and images for each project in portfolio. A custom content management solution to be built. The site need to handle two languages - Italian and English. The design of the pages as per the provided layout mockups.
