I would like to build website for online ordering for restaurants according to menu type, location on map.

I want the website work as follow when buyer visit it :
1- Choose country and city name,
2- option for auto selection of location or enter address
2- Select select menu type
3- provision for customer's wish list of food and restaurants in the area can respond to it.
it should give a list of restaurants in location (defined radius)
After the user has made selection of restaurant, it shows the menu with description , photo and prices and
quantity.
Contact between customer and restaurant is via, SMS, phone and email with copy to admin via email.
Payment vis paypal, credit card or cash.
Commission to Admin is changeable from zero upwards.
Publish coupons and deals.
Website should be very easy to manage and edit from the customers and restaurant side.
The customer can choose the quantity and can add remarks or special request for the order.
The restaurant and customer the user should register on the website add user name , password etc.. and fill the
address form.
after registration the user should activate the account by mobile SMS code or email.
Use Drupal, wordpress or joomla.
special feature :
1- the website should be easy to add information into it , include menu , prices and details .
2- the website should show each restaurant working hours , if the online user gets online while the restaurant is
closed, then it should show on website the restaurant is lose / or open.
3- deliver time should show in the site ( for example 45 minutes )
4- the minimum order cost ( for example 30$ )
