Online-web based Monopoly Game Wanted

Please fully read, otherwise I have to report your bid as spam to help and make this website a genuine place to post projects :

I am just looking to have an online monopoly game, fully web based with the cheapest option.

I have this idea to just gather my friends online to play and encourage them to join my charity to help a ill child which might die soon.

So basically I will provide all the graphics, the scene can be 2d or 3d, better to be 2d with rendered 3d pngs, as I said, I will provide all the graphics,2d and 3d, you just need to integrate it.

If you are a new freelancer, this project is for you, as I always have projects and happy to work with you to build up you reviews/ratings with 5 stars but also want good job from you too. As soon as you keep the bid reasonable, I am happy to chat and award.
