PSD to HTML5 Responsive for Film Website

I am looking for a creative programmer that can take my PSD and turn it into a HTML5 responsive website, i pay extremely attention to details, the finalized version needs to be EXACTLY as my original PSD, if font is changed, layout is moved, text is displaced and directions arent followed i wont accept it.. Before we waste eachother times please read this, i would award you but first you have to make one page trial, it can be easy simple just layout and background video playing, this way i can assure you are heading on the right direction instead of giving you the project and end up being frustrated and unsatisfied.. The website is for my upcoming film, i want it to be exactly as my personal photography website [login to view URL] I want the website to be one page scroll with a video playing on background of each page, the video has to look exactly like video on the top of my photography page with the same background overlay effect and opacity.
