Sales/Research work and a Website build

I have a new business to get off the ground, it's a consultancy advisory firm based in London looking to provide a suite of Business Strategy, Advisory, Change Management, New Age Digital Assets consultancy/advise/implementation, and Project manage complex transformations/change initiatives of clients, and a lot more.

Website Design---

I need a new contemporary website built, not from scratch but a replication of another site I have so this should just be a simple copy and paste but with some content changed and added. This website will be hosted on AWS servers which my IT department will handle, so I just need the files and folders to upload to AWS S3.

Sales---

Researcher - I need someone to create a list of all financial (Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Insurance, Private Banks, Wealth Management) firms in the UK, along with key people contact information, and various other bits of info. Then someone to create an email sales pitch which will be sent to the contacts on the list provided to make contact with the companies, gather their requirements for jobs/issues to remediate. Once a positive response is received, then to let me know the details of the company/person to complete the sale.

LinkedIn - I need someone to network through LinkedIn to connect with key people in companies that we'd like to pitch to and then contact these people with initial messages to get interest. Which I and another executive will make contact in person or over the phone

Please provide pricing for each individual area if you're a specialist in just those areas as I may hire multiple freelancers in each field. But if you're able to do the entire project then also quote for the entire job.
