Shopify shipping and cleanup of site in Australia

I have a Shopify site that has been gradually getting more and more ready for full service and marketing, I am seeking an expert who is local to Australia that understands DHL eCommerce, TNT and other fulfilment options for international shipping methods, and need assistance in conforming the store and the products with the approaches of these services. Further to this I am looking for any experts in pushing a Shopify beyond the level I have now where we self-manufacture and want to expand our range and approach and branding to a larger mass-market. The following is to be the guiding principle in this project: 1.) Look over and advise how to approach the products on the site such as their size and weight knowing that it contains many varying products that are somewhat unique to each visitor, ie. the resulting shipments are potentially quite variable, from an envelope, to a large box. 2.) Integrate other fulfilment services in future for drop ship applications, ie. external manufacture of the items and integrate with others for this kind of services. 3.) Integrate the store with eBay and vary the product collections to suite eBay marketplace, and create varying channels of the products suited to this and other marketing channels. 4.) Understand promotional and marketing approaches for the type of products and services offered and help with a marketing strategy. Finally, the person should be interested in developing the brand and have a passion for remaining as a contributing partner. Initially we seek a to pay a fixed price for the partnership and contribution, and later can offer a lucrative commission based approach.
