Trade Room for iOS, Android, PC, Mac with Push Notification

#1 Need to be able to create 4 channels in a group. One for #alerts where only I am able to type. One for basic #chat, #questions, #rules. #Rules need to be able to accept rules file for everybody to download (or another place in group where I would be able to upload files for everybody to download)

#2 - Once people are in that chat room they are not be able to private message other members unless I allow some of them or upgrade them to moderators. But everybody can private message only me or moderators.

#3 - There will be some moderators inside trading room and I need to be able to set "power" for those moderators so they can be able to private message other members and other members can be able to only private message them and me. All other members cannot be able to talk between themselves in private. Me (owner moderator) and other moderators need to be able to remove whichever message we want in chat and remove whichever person if I give them this power. Other members can't do any of that.

#4 - My text and nickname as well as nickname color of moderators can be set to be different color than anybody elses

#5 - Once alert comes out it makes a sound (it can be set on or off). That sound/alert works on PC, iOS, tablet, android, etc. push notifications has to work. Even the app is open and you are in a different room, whatever is typed in the #alert room has to come as a pop up or push notifications without a delay. Also users can log in from website base as well if need to.

#6 - Maybe possibility to add phone numbers and people can get text messages when alert is posted in #alerts channel

#7 - Free trial people unable to type (meaning I can mute whoever I want, so they can only became read only members)

#8 - no need for voice call, video or anything else, just pure text with possible emoji’s.

#9 - should allow 1000-5000 members, messaging has to work flawless without any delay or lagging.

If you already have a working software like this and we can tweek it the my needs, just let me know and let me try what you have if you do.
