You don't need html experience. I will provide you with content and photos for a website. All you have to do is build a weebly website with that information. Even better if you understand english and SEO enough to do headlines and alt tags on photos and page titles that are relevant to the topic of the site. I will also need you to use my photos and content to build a Google My Business page for me to go along with each site. The price will be per site and accompanying Google My Business page. I have many sites that need to be done right now, so this is an ongoing project.
