Web App Development for Food Startup

Looking for a talented freelance web developer to build a web app with an e-commerce flow in the food sector. We already have an Android & iOS app, and now want to build a web app too. This is the current status of work done: 1. The backend is developed completely - All of the information can be queried and posted through REST API 2. The design for the web app is also complete - PSDs will be shared after finalising the scope of work and commercials The scope of work is: 1. Convert the PSD design into HTML, CSS and Javascript code 2. The design has to be responsive with heavy focus on UX in mobile devices 3. Add user interactions and animations using Javascript (These interactions will be discussed with you) 4. Implement a client-side Shopping Cart (using AngularJS preferably) which stores whatever the user has selected and added 5. Wherever required, use Javascript to query/post concerned data from/to the backend using already existing REST APIs (These APIs already exist and are being used by the Android app) We are looking for developers staying in Delhi-NCR (India) only.
