Webpage Design - Wordpress

Hi there, I have an existing website written in wordpress that was working well until my webhost did an upgrade. All except the front page of my Website still works well. The front page was previously written in spaghetti code so the new wordpress upgrades are not recognising it lately. So what I need is for a qualified and experienced "Wordpress Programmer" to take my existing spaghetti code front page and program/design this in Wordpress. My front page also has drop down menus. I will provide jpgs of the existing front page and any files I have and I need someone to make this look as close as possible to what it was before. I only need this front page done at this stage and nothing else. Just make sure this front page has the drop down menus the same as before that will allow me to link it to any other pages with writing I have already existing. Focus more on [login to view URL] file attached, and the rest of the attachments just show how the writing on other pages will link once the left hand side menu and dropdowns are clicked by a user. It should be a fairly quick job for someone who knows what they are doing. Quote me your price and we'll go from there. Make sure you are qualified for this work.
