This person will together with the client bring forward a specification for you to develop. This position is for someone with a good understanding of WordPress, who can take own initiative and make sure things get done in time. Most homepages will be in the less than 30 hour range development time and they will always have to be build with a very good responsive design, which you master. With good design we can optimize the homepage for the clients desired results. The aim is often increase sales, leads or contacts and therefore it’s a benefit if you are good at conversion optimization. WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE THE CUT: • Swedish basic knowledge • Strong experience with WordPresp. • Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS, • Strong experience with Adobe Suite of products. • In depth knowledge of up-to-date web design trends and techniques. • Forward thinking development techniques. • Knowledgen of JavaScript and SQL. • Strong communication skills • Creative capabilities for integration of design elements. • Strong experience of a design program. (Photoshop, Illustrator) • Agency experience a huge plus.
