Looking for a VA to support users on our CampusConnect platform
- Duties would include
.
Manage the support email for user technical issues
Manage the ambassador support emails
Monthly ambassador check ups
Moderate the apps (checking for performance/issues/trends etc.)
Run small campaigns on the platforms (e.g prompting ambassadors to add updates etc.)
Support with regular user feedback
Support with surveys & data gathering.
Generating app store reviews & testimonials
Support with gathering data for monthly reports
