Create simple Wordpress Site

I already have a domain and hosting. I need a simple website made using wordpress, I'd will be a simple Niche website. 3-5 pages at most. The content is simple and easy to get. I am looking for a simple and clean job, shouldn't be anything more then 3 hours of work. Please do not bid and expect me to pay more than what your bid was: example, You bid $30 then say the job will cost $150... This will result in bad feedback. I am looking for someone who can throw something together on wordpress, this takes no PHP, graphic design, or even programming of any language so I don't expect to pay for that type of work. Please do not waste my time, I will tell you the niche, then give you the titles of the pages where you will throw it together gather simple content and place it on the site. The site will be an informative site on a particular subject.
