Features Editor Needed

Responsibilities - Possess significant experience writing for a fast-paced website - Generate short, fun lists, quizzes, and opinion articles about popular games each day to write and assign to other staff members - Organize and enforce a monthly features calendar and assign articles to other Twinfinite staff members - Assist editorial team with editing Twinfinite staff articles - Lead Twinfinite’s feature coverage of major releases Preferred Qualifications - Enjoy reading and writing light-hearted and/or humorous listicles, quizzes, and short opinion articles (think Buzzfeed and Deadspin) - Able to write articles efficiently and quickly - Experience writing for an online video game publication - Comprehension of WordPress and Slack - Knowledgeable and passionate about popular game series, trends, and topics - High editorial standards - The ability to reach out to industry contacts for interview purposes Bonus Qualifications - Active social media and gaming community presence - Knowledge of SEO standards - Ability to read Japanese - Established industry contacts
