Format and add images to my weight lifting blog posts -- 2

I have a website and I am having writers create articles for me. I post them as blog posts using WordPress. The writers send me the finished draft in Microsoft Word and then I typically find images on Shutterstock and add images and emphasis into the post to make it more readable and engaging. Well, I don't really always have the time to do the formatting, images and linking within the website. I could use some help. So I need to hire someone who can do this for me with a frequency of one or two a week. The articles should be broken up and images added similar to the Backlinko SkyScraper technique. Google it for an example and the video if you're unfamiliar. I expect the person I award the job to upload the post from a Word document, add images from Shutterstock, and add emphases using my the site theme. I'm running Newspaper 8 from TagDiv. You can look up the images in Shutterstock and I will buy them and upload them to Google drive a few days later. It should match the few articles I have on the site that are already formatted. I'm open to suggestions but I really know what I want already so please don't expect me to say "yes" to anything. I'm not a fantastic communicator and usually don't have time to go through my site emails until the weekend.
