Ticket status need to maintain. - Project - client can create project or team can also create project. and task along with date - with status. they can comment on the particular project and task. once posted any comment can not be edit by client , or any user, if they need they can post new. === Lead , opportunity, Quote / Estimation / Contract if needed / invoice. with all kind of status. and with comment if need. === Also need to show to all user about our service / product list / offer list . with all details information. - if any client / user want to buy they can buy direct from their. we can have some service as monthly subscription, or some one time fixed, some unfixed not fixed but hourly basis. === Vendor Vendor list - record related what deal we have with which vendor , which work provided by which vendor. with their payment record etc .. i will explain more .. === just small accounting types.. where all kind of income and expenses need to be recorded for accounting needs.
