WordPress Theme from Designer's File

The WordPress theme that I need is pretty basic with a frontpage slightly different from the rest. I will not post the image file without first choosing a contractor who will need to sign a noncompete and a nondisclosure agreement. It is seriously pretty basic, though, and it shouldn't present too much of a challenge to those of you who know CSS well. Some important points: * I need to be able to upload the theme into WordPress like you would any other theme. * The menu will need to be dynamic as pages are added. Right now, there are only 5 pages and sub-menu items are not anticipated. * I need it matched exactly as the designers have laid it out or at least as closely as possible. * Content areas will be done through the WordPress CMS, of course, but the styles should be available in the CSS file. * I have the design as an AI file and as a PDF.
