I want a "Teaser Site" that supports the imagination of the housing market participants and professionals that visit and then understand the massively positive disruption [login to view URL] will bring to US housing markets. This site will rival Zillow for the top of mind when one thinks about housing internet tools a year or two from now. This website needs to excite the imaginations of all Home Buyers, Home Sellers, RE Agents and Mortgage Providers that open it because they will find future benefits for all parties. My goal for this teaser site is to get viewers to "like us on FB, tweet about us, Take our survey, then the best of all actions: refer another Realtor &/ Mortgage Loan Officer to us. How will it do all that? Hopefully by having a homepage that can efficiently direct the different viewers to their respective 2nd level home pages that speak directly to them. Such as Seller's page for home sellers. Realtor's page for real estate agents, so on and so forth for Buyers and mortgage loan officers. Currently on the homepage now is some of what I want to say just to Realtors. I want it to be able to play YouTube videos, take surveys hosted in Google forms, register for a newsletter, and lastly if possible save names and emails of other RE agents and or MLO's the User wants us to contact. Hopefully you the freelancer have had some experience in the housing market already, and therefore have some idea of what "LoanChecking a Buyer's offer to purchase" could mean in the future.
