flash banner animation

Hello, I want you to animate some banners with Flash. I also want to add content and images dynamically by using a folder mechanism, so I can change the content of the banners and create lots of different versions for them. There will be 6 different banner sizes. Specifications - Animate business card thumbnails in an never-ending slider (repeat) -> ability to put images into a folder from which the thumbnails are loaded - On-Hover the business cards will be highlighted / bigger - Whole banner is linked to an URL - Text contents can be changed by editing a xml file - Button is purple and red on mouse-over, blinks every 5 seconds in red 2 times.
