  “The project was to model an artwork after an old one. Some instructions (e.g. digits to be larger than text) had to be repeated multiple times. Initially, the designer was not sensitive to font style and proportions, which made it necessary for me to do the checking and comparison myself, which took up extra time. Communication between designer and client could also have been better. For example, if he felt that I had exceeded a reasonable number of change requests, he might have proposed that I increase the fee, rather than ask "Final changes???" repeatedly, which was not very polite. I would have preferred someone more caring, and with a keener eye for detail. I felt towards the end that his patience had run out, so I got it completed the artwork myself. But thank you for helping me complete my project.”
