Molecular biologist - Data hungry - Patterns lover

I'm interested in the application of biological conceptual frameworks into the realm of computer science and research. I'm highly focused in the interplay that's currently happening between big data and the biological sciences through the development of some local projects and the constant studying of mathematical and computational core concepts that helps me in this personal endeavour. I'm here mainly for work and learn through work. Given my scientific background I'm an advocate of repeatability and reproducibility, so in my work, if it's possible I always try to double check through controls and to provide a reference for each step given. So, briefly, I'm looking for challenging works for me and the possibility to grow personally through the contact of serious employers.
